Tina P. Fowler received her J.D. from Loyola University School of Law in 2004. She received her undergraduate degree from DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois B.A. Psychology and Marketing, summa cum laude in 2001.

Previously, Mrs. Fowler concentrated her career in business and real estate transactions as well as forcible detainer litigation. She is admitted to the bar in Illinois and is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
