David M. Oppenheim is a litigator with in-depth experience in insurance coverage actions, class actions, and federal and state appellate matters. He earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2002 and a B.A. in Political Science (with distinction) and Economics from Yale University in 1999. Mr. Oppenheim was recognized as a "Rising Star" by Illinois SuperLawyers magazine in 2008 and 2009. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Eighth Circuits and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
